- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
- Cooking spray or olive oil spray
