- 1 can Creamed Corn (15oz)
- ½ cup Sour Cream
- ¼ cup Unsalted Butter melted
- 2 pcs large Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese optional, for topping
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder optional, for seasoning
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- ½ cup Breadcrumbs or Crushed Crackers optional, for topping
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine:1 can (15 oz) corn kernels1 can (15 oz) creamed corn½ cup sour cream¼ cup melted butter2 beaten eggsSeason with salt, pepper, and optional garlic powder. Mix gently until just combined. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
