Ingredients

  • For the Feta Parcels:
  • 1 block 200 g Greek feta cheese
  • 4 sheets filo pastry
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil for brushing
  • 2 tablespoons honey plus extra for drizzling
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds toasted, for garnish
  • Optional for Air Fryer Version:
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil spray

Instructions

Prepare the Filo and Feta

  • Tip:
  • Use two filo sheets per parcel for crisp, light layers.

Bake or Air Fry

  • Oven: Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Air Fryer: Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10–12 minutes until golden.
  • Tip:
  • Preheat for a crispier crust.

Garnish and Serve

  • Drizzle with warm honey, sprinkle toasted sesame seeds, and serve immediately.
  • Tip:
  • Warm the honey slightly to enhance the aroma.

Notes

Use firm Greek feta for best results.
Try flavoring the honey with chili, thyme, or citrus zest for variations.
Best enjoyed fresh and hot for maximum texture contrast.
