For the Sangria:
- 1 bottle dry rosé wine 750ml
- 1/2 cup limoncello liqueur
- 1 cup sparkling water or club soda
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup honey or simple syrup adjust to taste
- 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 lemon thinly sliced
- 1 orange thinly sliced
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Non-Alcoholic Substitute:
- Swap rosé wine for non-alcoholic rosé and limoncello for lemonade or homemade lemon syrup. Follow the same steps and enjoy a refreshing mocktail!
Prepare the Fruit: Wash and slice the strawberries, lemon, and orange.
Mix the Ingredients: In a large pitcher, combine rosé wine, limoncello, fresh lemon juice, and honey. Stir well to dissolve the sweetener.
Add the Fruit: Gently add the sliced citrus fruits and berries to the pitcher.
Chill and Infuse: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight.
Serve with Sparkle: Just before serving, add sparkling water. Pour over ice and garnish with fresh mint.
Tip: For an extra burst of citrus, freeze lemon and orange slices to use as natural ice cubes!
Adjust the sweetness by modifying the honey or simple syrup.
